– We guarantee a reduction of your current management fees with the ability to provide 100% quality customer service, as we provide advice and knowledge that will enable the Owners’ Corporation to make clear decisions without it being costly.
– Our Agency Agreement provides for the agreement to be terminated, upon written request from the Owners’ Corporation, within six (6) months of engaging our services, without paying out any remaining contractual period.
Our policy: If you are not happy with our service you are not obligated to continue with Strata Lifestyle.
– The records and books of the Owners’ Corporation will be issued to your nominated Strata Manager within 30 days of termination notice, alleviating all inconveniences. There is no need for any Strata Management Agency to hold your records for 3 months.
– Our flat rate policy allows Owners’ Corporations to better budget. No unexpected ‘extra charges’ on the Monthly Financial Summary.
– We believe Customer Service is the crucial element to Strata Management. Strata Lifestyle prides itself on providing extraordinary customer service which includes professional trade personnel, simplifying everyone’s lifestyle in strata living.
All services provided by Strata Lifestyle and any associated costs are clearly outlined in the Agency Agreement.
