Repairs and Maintenance

  • Obtain quotations for repair and maintenance of common property

  • Arrange and Liaise with qualified Contractors
  • Ensure all contractors are licensed and have all the necessary insurances
  • Prepare work orders for repair, maintenance and replacement works of common property

Mediation

  • We can represent the owners corporation in mediation, tribunal or court proceedings
  • Attend NCAT hearings
  • Prepare and attend meetings involving disputes

Insurance

  • Arrange insurance policies and valuations
  • Prepare and lodge insurance claims
  • Obtaining quotations for insurance renewals
  • Provide certificate of currency on request
